It's reported that many illegal immigrants are fleeing Arizona out of fear of SB1070 and heading to other states. How do you think other states will react? Should more states adopt laws like SB1070?

I just can't understand why other states are against us. When New York City was attacked by outsiders, the country banded together and supported them. Arizona is being attacked -- just not all in one big event -- by outsiders, and the country is letting us stand alone. Some of the protestors were from New York. The memory of the twin towers falling must be just a faint memory for them. Arizona needs help now just like New York did then.
Last I checked at least 8 more States were considering legislation similar to SB 1070. I think they are only waiting to see what happens with the lawsuit here before they sign them into law.
Obama's stance is because he is actually an illegal alien. Giving blanket amnesty to all would include him. I have read that more States are also putting in provisions for certifying eligibility of future candidates, just as Arizona has.
Americans are tired of having illegal aliens rammed down our throats!
There are actually 31 states with similar statutes as Arizona, we just happened to make a big deal about it in the news so the Federal government will assist us in securing our borders; as they have done with Texas and California just to name a few. SB1070 may seem harsh but the Federal law that SB1070 is based on is even harsher. It requires adults to carry identification at all times and states that anyone can be stopped without reason. With this said the Federal government does play the discrimination game. In Florida if a Cuban touches land before the Coast Guard catches them they are granted automatic asylum (bounded that they aren't criminals off course). Immigration reform is a tough subject, we do need to better protect our borders but as long as people want cheap laborers do their landscaping, clean their pools and raise their kids there will always be illegals around.

They already are, Oklahoma has a similar law from 07 and now Tennesse passed one a couple days ago Florida is adopting one now. So I guess a better question would be, How many states will adopt a bill like Arizona?
